In order for you to reach your fitness and healthy-body goals, it is very important to assess your state of health and fitness.  Based on this your training programme is put together, our personal trainers develop the programme in the light of your state of health, which does not only contain movement exercises, but also healthy lifestyle (among others nutrition and stress management) counselling.
